lyrics
We thought we were born to be, to be free
We stared at death and tried to trick clarity
looking for meaning of mind
each and every breath of life
slowed down so that we could see
each and every death to dust
we’re the waveforms, you and me
I thought I had run out of time, a lonely crime
had been within to died outside our paradigm
looking for peace of mind.
each and every breath of life
slowed down so that we could see
each and every death to dust
we’re the waveforms, you and me
senses sprung, moments hung
we could feel all things real
closing in, cleansing sin
fear came quick, senses tricked
looking for more and more time to remember
each and every breath of life
slowed down so that we could see
each and every death to dust
we’re the waveforms, you and me

Quite an idiosyncratic album, let's tentatively call it progressive chamber folk. Good songs, well recorded and as bonuses we get (really good) instrumental versions of most songs and those who ask for it also get all of the above as 5.1 flac files, which offer a very nice, open soundstage!
Something else, really, and well worth your esteemed attention! Carsten Pieper
